Events in Morbihan, not to be missed this summer<\/h2>

In summer, the\u00a0events in Brittany<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0are coming forward!<\/p>

We have selected some of the\u00a0events in Morbihan<\/strong>\u00a0not to be missed :<\/p>

-<\/strong>\u00a0 La\u00a0Brittany Festival<\/strong>, running from Friday 14 May to Sunday 24 May 2026, is a unique, festive and friendly family event that showcases Breton culture. Many of the events on the programme are free.<\/p>

-<\/strong>\u00a0 Le\u00a0La Gacilly Photo Festival<\/strong> welcomes holidaymakers from 1 June to 4 October 2026 for an extraordinary exhibition in the gardens and narrow streets of this small village in Morbihan.<\/p>

-<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Livr'\u00e0 Vannes<\/strong> takes place from Friday 12 to Sunday 14 June 2026, marking its 19th edition. It is Brittany\u2019s leading general literary fair, attracting an average of 32,000 visitors.<\/p>

- F\u00eate de la musique<\/strong> In Vannes on 21 June 2026, a major event awaits you at the port of Vannes.<\/p>

-<\/strong>\u00a0 L'Ultramarine<\/strong>, from 24 June to 28 June 2026, features running races ranging from 29 to 175 km around one of the world\u2019s most beautiful bays, the Gulf of Morbihan.<\/p>

- Paka Festival<\/strong>, on 18 and 19 July 2026 in La Trinit\u00e9-sur-Mer. An electronic music event featuring international DJs.<\/p>

-<\/strong>\u00a0 Vannes Echos Jazz<\/strong>, taking place from 8 to 11 July 2026, is a must-see summer event in Vannes, featuring free concerts by international stars drawing on influences from pop, rock, funk, Afrobeat, electronic, blues and Middle Eastern music\u2026<\/p>

-<\/strong>\u00a0 The\u00a0Musicales du Golfe<\/strong>, for the 35th edition, running from 1 to 13 August 2026, enjoy performances by internationally renowned musicians.<\/p>

-<\/strong>\u00a0 Le\u00a0Lorient Interceltic Festival<\/a><\/strong>, from 31 July to 9 August 2026, is the world\u2019s largest gathering celebrating Celtic cultures.<\/p>

-<\/strong>\u00a0 Le\u00a0Arvor Festival<\/a><\/strong> from 14 to 16 August 2026. A major festival celebrating Breton culture, featuring the election of the Queen of Arvor. The spectacular fireworks display on 15 August will be set off from the ramparts of Vannes, bringing these three days of celebrations to a close.<\/p>

-<\/strong>\u00a0 Le\u00a0Auray-Vannes half-marathon<\/strong> 12 and 13 September 2026 marks the start of the new season\u2019s sporting events. There are several races and distances to choose from (20 km, 10 km or 5 km).<\/p>
